Black tea

Black tea is the most consumed tea in many European and American countries. However, few people know that its emergence was the result of an accidental discovery.

Indeed, when the English returned from China with barrels full of tea, it was green. Several months into the voyage, the tea oxidized and turned black. Rather than throwing it away, they decided to sell it as it was: with great success, as you can imagine!
