Grown in China (Yunnan), hand-picked at an altitude of 1,200 m in spring.
This is the most popular scented tea in China and probably one of the most highly praised, quite rightly.
Our jasmine pearls are made using extraordinary artisanal expertise: the youngest green tea leaves are rolled by hand and then layered with fresh jasmine flowers to absorb their fragrance as they bloom at dusk. The process is repeated four to eight times for optimal results and a perfectly flavored tea.
When steeped, the pearls unfurl like flowers, creating a delightful spectacle and revealing a subtle fragrance.
Place three or four pearls in your cup, add water at the recommended temperature, and let the magic happen!
